This was a really good find, right in the heart of the touristy walks around the Thunder Gate so quite pricey, but very well worth it.
We started with Chicken Gizzard and also Heart Yakitori then progressed to Chicken Thigh with Spring Onion Yakitori plus Chicken Breast Wasabi Yakitori.
This came with a Sesame Coleslaw and very good Sake from a magnum style 3Ltr bottle.
We sat at the bar which gave us a good view of our stuff being prepared, the owner (we're guessing) was very cheery, chatting to the locals and not missing out on Sake that was put his way. We loved it in here, it was dark and cosy and smelt wonderful, it was busy, but not noisy and everyone near us gave us happy smiles and nods as they tucked into their skewers and ordered more Sake just like we were doing.
