Ginza Shopping Mall Basement Food Court

We got off the Subway at Ginza for a poke around and found this little Noodle Bar. We ordered Gyoza, Fried Rice and Noodle Soup. The huge pot in the backround suggested some fabulous broth that had been ticking over for ever, but as most things in Ginza, it just needs to look the part to gain a big price tag, but actually has no substance. Unseasoned and spongy Gyoza filling and overcooked Noodles.

Ah well, one small miss in a trip of big hits so far.
